Magnesium diboride (MgB2) will be among the most important advanced ceramic of Turkey that is exported.

We still have both time and liquid helium however, what will happen in near future.  Have you seen the price inclination of the Liquid Helium over the last two decades?

So, what is the importance of MgB2?

When the liquid Helium extinct, the next cryogenic coolant will be liquid Hydrogen that is around 14-20 K which are the melting and boiling points respectively.  However, recent materials are losing their superconductive properties at these ‘HOT’ temperatures comparing to Liquid Helium range which is 1-4 K.

Who will survive? MgB2.  Magnesium diboride is the next generation superconductor material that is function within the liquid hydrogen range.
